COACHED PROGRAMS (women only) Coaching programs are offered April through August running in sessions. To do the 4-week training program, you must have completed your own extensive training or have trained with the team for 12-weeks. These are the current programs being offered:
4-Week Peak Training (Sunday, July 25 - Sunday, August 15)
Triathlete $85 (includes two coach swim practices, one coached track, and one yoga session)
Duathlete $60 (includes two coached practices of choice)
5-Week Peak Training (Sunday, July 25 - Sunday, August 22)
Triathlete $110 (includes two coach swim practices, one coached track, and one yoga session)
Duathlete $70 (includes two coached practices of choice)
5-Week Zen Mama Yoga Class Pass: $40
Saturday, July 17 - Saturday, August 14
Zen Mama Yoga Single Class Pass: $10
Come to any single workout between July 17 - August 22

Monthly Triathlon Training
The monthly training programs are designed to get you across the finish line looking and feeling strong! Whether this is your first or fifth we bring out the best in you!
- Four coached sessions a week led by USAT certified coach (two weekday/two weekend)

- Access to USAT certified coach for motivation, progress & moral support

Monthly Duathlon Training
You can train in select sports instead of all three. Athletes can select as many as 3 training sessions a week. Training plan is included and workouts can be one of the swim workouts, one track and/or one strength training session per week.

One-on-One Coaching/Consultation
Needing more instruction, having issues with anxiety, or looking for ways to boost your overall health. Schedule to meet with your coach for a one-on-one discussion or specialized training. Schedules are flexible and arranged individually.
- Focused consultation working on an area of the athlete's choice
COST: $25/hour
